PMP Exam Prep

Designed for more experienced project managers, this course will prepare participants to tackle an array of project types from simple to complex, from end-to-end—within scope, on-time, and within budget. It also fulfills the requisite project management education hours for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification exam.   

This four (4)-Day course provides students with a 90-Day subscription to the online Insite e-learning platform that provides a plethora of supplemental instructional resources that they will benefit from long after course completion. An individual issued ‘Package Key’ provides access to 35 hours of online modules replete with 500 practice exam questions and exercises, laminated 8-page quick reference guide, digital flashcards, a testing similator with over 600 additional questions, and so much more.

The course will be taught using formal, live-online instruction that includes hands-on, in-class exercises and group activities. Out of class exercises and case studies serve to reinforce learning and provide students insight into real-world application of project management tools, concepts, and practices.

Students must pay for the certification exam(s) at their own expense, at the time of their choosing, after course completion.  These and other related details are covered as part of the curriculum. 

This PMP® Exam Prep course provides structured instruction and practical application aligned with PMI’s current PMP® Exam Content Outline. Participants strengthen the knowledge, skills, and decision-making capabilities required to lead projects across predictive, adaptive/agile, and hybrid environments.

The course develops competency across the three PMP® examination domains—People, Process, and Business Environment—while reinforcing the leadership, technical, and strategic capabilities required to deliver successful project outcomes. Participants will also explore current areas of emphasis including value delivery, stakeholder engagement, artificial intelligence, sustainability, governance, and adapting project approaches to changing organizational and business needs.

At the end of the course, you will:

  • This course can be taken on either a PC, Mac, or Chromebook with strong internet service and computer audio and video capabilities.
• Software Requirements:
  • PC: A currently supported version of Windows
  • Mac: A currently supported version of macOS
  • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is preferred. Microsoft Edge and Safari are also compatible
  • Microsoft.com Microsoft Word or compatible document-viewing software
  • Adobe.com for Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF reader
    • Software MUST be installed and fully operational PRIOR to course start
• Other:
  • A valid email account is required for course communications and access to applicable learning resources.

1. Medium: This class will be taught via Zoom. Zoom has established a list of Global Access Numbers which will be provided to students upon registration. Voice Over IP (VOIP)is also available. Baskin Advisory Group, LLC (known hereafter as BAG, LLC) is not responsible for telephone toll or data charges that may be incurred by participants while connected to web or phone conferencing services.
2. Electronic Communications: BAG will communicate with participants electronically, via email from connect@baskinadvisorygroup.com. To ensure receipt of communications related, participants are responsible for adding the email domain of BAG, LLC to its list of safe senders and for inspecting spam folders to retrieve communications which may be sent by BAG, LLC.
3. Training Materials: All training materials ship from the United States. For international shipments, buyer is responsible for import fees and duties which may be levied by the country of destination at the time of receipt. BAG, LLC will transmit shipping address, electronically to the shipper, exactly as entered on the customer registration form. BAG, LLC cannot ship packages to a P. O. Box. Customer is responsible for providing a physical shippping address, at the time of registration, which is valid and deliverable. Customer accepts responsibility for taking delivery of packages at the address provided by the customer at the time of registration. Customer assumes responsibility for expenses related to training materials that must be replaced or reshipped due to incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer at the time of registration. BAG, LLC will notify participant via email when package ships, and upon receipt of delivery notification from shipper. Customer assumes full responsibility for expenses related to training materials that must be replaced or reshipped if training materials are not reported as missing, or undeliverable by the customer and/or participant within three (3) business days of electronic delivery notification sent by BAG, LLC to customer.
4. Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions, must be submitted via email to connect@baskinadvisorygroup.com. Cancellation requests received by BAG, LLC within 30 calendar days from date of purchase AND not after 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the class for which the participant/customer was originally registered, will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any training materials that have already been shipped or otherwise provided to the participant. Cancellation requests received greater than 30 days after date of purchase OR after 30 days prior to the start date of the class for which the participant/customer was originally registered are non-refundable.
5. Transfers: If space is available, BAG, LLC is happy to accommodate requests to transfer students between classes of the same type. In the event the training materials that are required for the originally scheduled class becomes obsolete, then a student/customer may purchase new training materials from BAG, LLC which are compatible with the new class. BAG, LLC does NOT accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges for obsolete training materials, or for training materials which have been shipped to the student/customer.
6. Substitutions: BAG, LLC is pleased to accommodate requests to substitute the registration of one student for the registration of another student, in the same class. Training materials are personalized and licensed to the individual student. Therefore, training materials are non-transferable. Upon substitution, a fee will be assessed to the buyer to cover the cost of issuing new training materials to the new student.
