This two-day course provides answers to these questions and much more. Students will gain an introduction to the project management arena and insight into foundational concepts for managing successful projects.

Why Learn Project Management?

Electronic Communications

BAG, LLC will communicate with participants electronically via email fromconnect@baskinadvisorygroup.com. To ensure receipt of related communications, participants are responsible for adding the email domain @baskinadvisorygroup.com to their list of safe senders and inspecting spam folders to retrieve communications sent by BAG, LLC.

Training Materials

  • All training materials ship from the United States. For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for import fees and duties levied by the country of destination at the time of receipt.

  • BAG, LLC will transmit the shipping address electronically to the shipper, exactly as entered on the customer registration form. BAG, LLC cannot ship packages to a P.O. Box.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a physical shipping address at the time of registration, which must be valid and deliverable.

  • Customers accept responsibility for taking delivery of packages at the address provided during registration. Any expenses related to training materials that need to be replaced or reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at the time of registration will be borne by the customer.

  • BAG, LLC will notify participants via email when the package ships and upon receipt of the delivery notification from the shipper. Customers must report missing or undelivered materials within three (3) business days of receiving the electronic delivery notification from BAG, LLC.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Requests for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions must be submitted via email to connect@baskinadvisorygroup.com.

  • Cancellation requests received within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase AND no later than 30 calendar days prior to the class start date will receive a full refund, minus the cost of training materials ($250 for the Project Management Fundamentals Student Workbook and Alpha Project Managers textbook), if those materials have already been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests received more than 30 calendar days after purchase OR less than 30 calendar days prior to the class start date are non-refundable.

Transfers
