Software Version: This course is taught using Microsoft Project 2019 but is applicable for users of Project Online and earlier versions of the Project desktop software.

This management course is designed for anyone with Project installed on the desktop, whether purchased as an "on-premise" edition or subscribed to a "cloud-based" online edition.
The course primarily focuses on the desktop application, which is widely used by project managers and team members.

Excellent Introduction to Microsoft Project (MSP)
Gain a comprehensive introduction and overview of Microsoft Project (MSP) software, including Project 2019, Project Online, and earlier versions. This course covers the application's basic features, providing foundational knowledge of tools that enable effective project planning, scheduling, and tracking. Learn the fundamental skills needed to create a project plan during the planning phase of a project.
This two (2)-Day course provides supplemental insights on how to plan, track, analyze, collaborate, and report using the MSP software application. Students will gain a deeper understanding of how MSP functionality aligns with the PMI Framework for the five Process Groups introduced in Baskin Advisory Group, LLC (BAG, LLC) Project Management Fundamentals, CAPM, and PMP Prep courses.
Discover how to create schedules, assign resources, and estimate costs while monitoring and comparing actual costs to original plans. Analyze workloads and budgets, share files, and communicate with project team members. Generate reports on project progress for stakeholders, enabling projects to make necessary adjustments to key performance indicators (KPI) for successful outcomes.
